当ホテルでは、すべてのお客様に安心・安全な滞在環境を提供するため、客室内でモバイルバッテリーをご使用の際は、下記の点にご留意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

・購入国での認証マーク（日本国内ではPSEマーク）の有無をご確認のうえ、安全性が認められた製品（純正品など）をご使用ください。

・傷や膨張などの異常が認められる製品は使用しないでください。

・外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えください。

・窓際など直射日光が当たる場所や、ベッド・シーツなどの可燃物の上での充電はお控えください。

・充電中は、お客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でご使用ください。

・客室清掃時には、安全確保のため、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーの移動または充電停止の措置をとらせていただく場合がございます。

万一、異常な発熱や異臭、煙等を感じられた場合は、速やかにご使用を中止し、フロントまでご連絡ください。

In order to provide all guests with a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following precautions when using mobile batteries in guest rooms.
・Please use products that display the required certification mark of the country of purchase. In Japan, this is the PSE mark, and we recommend using products that have been certified as safe, including genuine products.
・Do not use mobile batteries that show any signs of damage, swelling, or other abnormalities.
・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when leaving the guest room, such as when going out.・Do not charge mobile batteries near windows where they may be exposed to direct sunlight, or on beds, sheets, or other flammable materials.

・When charging, please place the mobile battery in a location where you can continuously monitor its condition.

・During room cleaning, for safety reasons, our staff may move mobile batteries or stop charging if deemed necessary.

If you notice excessive heat, unusual odors, smoke, or any other abnormalities, please stop using the device immediately and contact the front desk.

상처나 팽창등의 이상이 인정되는 제품은 사용하지 마십시오.

외출 등 객실을 비우실 때는 보조배터리 충전을 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.

창가 등 직사광선이 닿는 장소나, 침대·시트 등의 가연물 위에서의 충전은 삼가해 주십시오.

충전 중에는 고객이 항상 상태를 확인할 수 있는 장소에서 사용하십시오.

객실 청소 시에는 안전 확보를 위해 직원이 보조배터리 이동 또는 충전 정지 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

만일, 비정상적인 발열이나 이상한 냄새, 연기 등이 느껴졌을 경우에는, 신속하게 사용을 중지하고, 프런트에 연락해 주십시오. 여러분의 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다.
