当ホテルスタッフの言語対応について（About Foreign Language Communication）
当ホテルではネイティブスタッフを含め日本語、英語、韓国語、中国語、インディー語、ネパール語に対応したスタッフがフロントにて対応しております。もちろんスタッフがお休みのときはその言語でのコミュニケーションは難しいのですが、原則、日本語、韓国語、英語の対応は可能です。

The hotel has front desk staff who speak Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, and Nepali, including native speakers. Of course, it is difficult to communicate in those languages when our staff is on vacation, but Japanese, Korean, and English are generally available.
