Due to the Mito Kairakuen Fireworks Festival,

 nearby coin-operated parking lots are expected to be very busy and may become full

between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

In addition, traffic restrictions will be in effect around Senba Lake,

 and heavy traffic congestion is expected in the surrounding area.

If you plan to travel by car,

we recommend allowing extra travel time

 and adjusting your arrival or return schedule accordingly.
