ホテルに寄せられたメッセージを「元気物語」として、ご紹介いたします。今日は、北海道・旭川から・・・

2018年9月6日午前3時7分に北海道胆振東部を震源地とした大規模な地震が発生いたしました。
この地震の直後から、北海道全域では停電となりました。
私たちスタッフは、うす暗い中でお客様の不安を取り除こうと情報収集やお客様の安全第一に努めて参りました。
9月7日午前4時30分、コートホテル旭川の停電が解消されましたが、現在も節電中でございます。

今日は、地震の直後にいただきました有難いコメントをご紹介いたします。

皆さまにご心配をお掛けいたしましたが、コートホテル旭川は元気に営業中でございます。
皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。

We are introducing our Guest comments as “The COURT GENKI＝energizing story”.
Today, from Asahikawa, Hokkaido….

A powerful earthquake hit wide areas on Japan’s northernmost main island of Hokkaido at 3:07 am September 6, 2018.
A powerful earthquake caused power outage across Hokkaido.
We collect information for eliminate the unrest for guest in the poor light.
We want to give consideration to the customer and consider their safety the highest priority.
Power supply resumed at 4:30 pm on September 7, 2018.
But now, we still have to save electricity.

Today, I will introduce the Thankful comments received immediately after the earthquake occurred.

We apologize for the concern of everyone. Court Hotel Asahikawa is open cheerfully.
We look forward to welcoming everyone.

There are few items sold at stores.
It is such a difficult situation.
